• Wherever possible all packaging and waste materials are recycled by relevant companies with duly signed waste transfer certificates.

• In scenarios where it is not possible to reduce our impact on the environment we work with partners to offset our carbon footprint, once such example of this is our participation in tree planting schemes.

• The majority of our products are sourced direct from manufacturers and we urge them strongly to directly deliver to customers ensuring the transportation of goods is minimised wherever possible.

• Discuss environmental issues regularly at the highest level within the Company. Reviewing policy objectives and setting new targets at planned management reviews.

• Encourage the take up of environmental initiatives within the company.

• Regular reviews of our processes with regard to this framework will take place as we look to minimise our environmental impact further.

• Wherever possible will look to implement all relevant regulation as soon as possible and ensure its compliance through regular checks.

• All IT equipment recovered from our customers or brought to end of life through our internal upgrade programme will be either repurposed or sent for recycling by our IT disposal partner.
